As part of the TUPPI – School Readiness activity, an educational session took place in April in Lombe commune, Cacuso municipality, Malanje province. With the theme “Counting with Recycled Materials”, the session brought together children and their caregivers for a fun and creative learning experience using cardboard, bottle caps, and coloured paper.

The main goal was to stimulate children’s motor skills, cognitive development, and social interaction through group counting games. A total of 36 children (18 girls and 18 boys) and 3 caregivers took part.

The children’s enthusiastic participation and the positive feedback from caregivers highlighted the activity’s success, demonstrating how creativity and engagement can create meaningful and inclusive learning environments.
