Within the framework of World AIDS Day activities, the Community Project for the Prevention of HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis, implemented by ADPP Angola under the GC7 grant, conducted awareness sessions targeting officers and personnel of the Armed Forces in the provinces of Benguela and Bié.

In Lobito, Benguela, 72 military personnel participated in a lecture on the prevention of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, which also included voluntary counseling and testing services.

In Bié province, the Project team held an informational session at the 40th Military Division Unit in the city of Cuito, complemented by testing and condom distribution. The activities continue with new actions scheduled for other local services and institutions.
