ADPP reforca competencias digitais

ADPP’s Teacher Training Schools in Cuanza Norte and Uíge have launched a new phase in teacher education with the official start of a class focused on E-learning and Educational Technology. Introduced in April 2025, the initiative involves 58 trainee teachers and aims to equip them to use digital tools in teaching and learning, even in settings with limited infrastructure.

The training covers basic computer concepts—such as the history of computers and key hardware and software components—as well as the use of practical applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and online platforms like Google Classroom and Google Meet.

At the launch session, facilitators emphasised that the course was designed for low-resource environments, showing how even simple technologies can help make learning more interactive and learner-focused.

This new component reinforces ADPP’s commitment to inclusive, forward-looking education by preparing teachers to use ICT in their classrooms and meet the needs of the communities where they will work.
